meditation mentoring.
At the heart of meditation practice, we're cultivating awareness (or mindfulness) – a simple, yet powerful tool. It creates the conditions for wisdom, or insight, to arise. And in daily life, it can bring us into a deeper relationship with who and what we care most about.
If you already have a meditation practice, mentoring can support the deepening of awareness and wisdom – both in formal practice and daily life. If you are new to meditation, talking with a meditation teacher or mentor about how to practice, and how to care for your mind, can help you to start a practice – and keep going.

Meditation mentoring can also support the view of your life as not separate from your meditation practice. For many of us, this means more patience, more steadiness, more moments of feeling glad to be alive, grateful, and connected – both on and off the cushion, even when life can feel bumpy or uncertain.
In a mentoring session, some common topics we might cover together:

-
formal meditation time
-
awareness in daily life
-
working skillfully with difficult emotions
-
relationships
-
health challenges
-
aging
-
addiction recovery
-
the deepening realization of insight
